Please note that a completed entry has two components: a completed Registration Google Form and a Video Submission. Please submit one (1) entry per child.

Contestant Eligibility:

• Contestant’s birth date can be no younger than 12 months old and no older than 36 months old at the final round. For this year's contest, the contestant's birthday must fall between TBA and TBA.

​

• Contestant must be a resident of the State of Hawaii.

​

• Children of both sexes and all ethnicities are eligible to enter the contest.

​

• Children of Healthy Baby Contest Committee members and first-place winners of previous Healthy Baby Contests are not eligible to enter the contest.

​

• Waiver must be properly signed and submitted.

​

• Photography: By participating in the Healthy Baby Contest, all contestants and parents are deemed to consent to the reasonable use of photography and information by the Honolulu Chinese Jaycees.
